If my ad automatically expires ago to take my house off the market?
My list ends 9/20/07 and I want to rent my house out from October 1. Should I send something to my current real estate agent before the expiry of the list to let you know that I will not renew the contract? Do you have a list of expired automatically mean my house is no longer on the market or have to do something more for that too?
Once your ad has expired, is allowed to change Realtors. His house is not automatically withdrawn from the market, you must notify your realtor to do that.
